The application <br /> includes the following variances: <br /> 1. Section 10.42, Subdivision 4 (D) - Structural setback variance. <br /> A. West side setback (Kelly Avenue) <br /> Required = 60' <br /> Existing = 10' <br /> Proposed = 38' <br /> Variance = 22' or 36.6% <br /> B.
