Applicant to provide tree plantings within green areas within side yards adj acent to <br /> bank property to south and along Kelly Avenue. Plantings shall not interfere with <br /> sighting at entrances. The applicant has provided a landscape plan and schedule for <br /> Council's approval, refer to landscape plan by Planmazk dated November 12, 1996, <br /> most revised date January 31, 1997 (Exhibit I-1). <br /> 3. Applicant to develop plans for the cosmetic improvement of existing and proposed <br /> addition. Review Exhibit I-4, applicant has provided three schemes for the redesign <br /> of exteriors of the north and east elevations as requested for Council's review. <br /> The enclosed approval resolution has been drafted per the findings and conditions of the <br /> Planning Commission recommendation. The resolution does not include a condition that would <br /> require Council's approval of the final elevations. The resolution may be amended if Council <br /> wishes final approval of the exterior elevations. <br /> COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br /> To either adopt or amend the approval resolution. <br /> lsv <br />
