Decor Demolition: <br /> -Cover surrounding areas, all products during the demolition <br /> -Provide dumpsters, and debris hauling <br /> -Remove the sloped decor ceiling panels at the deli, across the rear of the <br /> store and the meat department and dispose. <br /> -Remove the ceiling decor drops over the two frozen wide islands. Remove <br /> to the surrounding edging. The lighting to remain intact above <br /> -Remove the ceiling tile in the drop over the produce island and store. <br /> Reinstall after the grid has been painted. <br /> -Remove all of the foam decor lettering and upper foam stripe dispose <br /> 2. Wall Repair: <br /> -Skim coat all the walls where damaged by the removal of the lettering and <br /> patch all walls damaged by the removal of the sloped lighted canopies. <br /> -paint a11 the perimeter walls with Two coats of latex paint. <br /> -Paint the two part Polymix striping as per the updated plan around the <br /> perimeter of the store. <br /> -decor installation at an additional cost. <br /> 3. Electrical: <br /> -includes the removal of all of the perimeter lighting under the sloped decor <br /> panels and dispose. <br /> -Installation of the decor lighting covers in the coffin drops at an additional <br /> cost <br /> -Install all pendant lighting as per the plan. <br /> -Install the track lighting as per plan <br /> -Fixtures supplied by the owner <br /> 4. Flooring Work: <br /> 1 <br />
