U�on filin� of anv application for license, the <br /> Council may call a hearin�upon such notice as it mav deem apnronriate. No such hearin� shall <br /> be mandatorv but wholly within the discretion of the Council, excent that a hearin� shall be <br /> held at the re�uest of the apvlicant in cases of license revocation or denial. <br /> Subd. 5. � Business Use License Standards. Businesses required to_ be <br /> licensed under this section shall be subject to the requirements and�erformance standards of the , <br /> B 2 Zonin-0 District and�er the followin� business use license standards: <br /> A. Insurance Required Each business shall provide certification of <br /> liabilitv insurance coveraae for the duration of the license neriod. <br /> B. The .�rimary business operator on the provertv shall be the <br /> licenseholder and shall be res�onsible for notifvin thg_ e Citv of anv and all businesses subleased <br /> on the�remises Such secondary businesses shall not be separatelv licensed but shall be allowed . <br /> onlv when in conformance with the nrovisions of the B-2 zonin� district standards. <br /> C. Oneration Standards Each business licensee shall adhere to the <br /> followin� minimum operation standards: <br /> 1. Parking facilities on the site shall be mana�ed so as to <br /> eliminate traffic or parkin� con�estion eliminate ille�al on-street narkinQ and avoid nedestrian <br /> tra�c through nei h�borine pronertv. <br /> 2. Boat en�ine testin�and char�in�shall be limited to the hours <br /> 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. <br /> 3. Retail sales and service shall be limited to the hours 7:00 <br /> a m to 10•00 p m exce�t as necessarX to accommodate normal fishing activitv or nrivate use <br /> of nremises stored boats. <br /> 4. The site shall be ke.pt neat and orderly and free of�arba�e. <br /> 5. On land stora�e of boats shall be managed so as to eliminate <br /> any view obstructions for traffic enterinQ and leavin¢ the site. <br /> 6. Parkin� and on-land storage of boats trailers, materials and <br /> equinment shall be limited to those locations shown on an approved site operation_plan, which <br /> plan shall be submitted or updated as part of the annual license application. Such site operation <br /> plan shall also indicate seasonallv variable uses. <br /> 4 <br />
