Section 5.43 is hereby added as follows: <br /> SEC. 5.43. NIARINA BUSINESS LICENSE. � <br /> Subd. 1. Definitions For the �nmose of this section the terms "Boat Slin, <br /> Water" "Boat Slip Land" "Boat Slip Permanent" and "Boat Sli� Transient"_shall have the <br /> meanin�s .�'iven them in Section 5 42 The followin� terms have the meamn�s given them: <br /> A. "Business Use" means en�a�in� in either a marina business or the <br /> business of docking, mooring or storin� boats. <br /> B. "Marina Business" means en�aein�in one or more of the nermitted. <br /> accessorv or conditional uses allowed within the B-2 zonin� district. <br /> C. "Business of Dockin� Mooring or Storin� Boats" means rentina <br /> or otherwise providing snace includin�boat buoys for dockin� moorina or storin�one or more <br /> boats belon�ing to_persons other than the owner or occupant of the nronertv, excevt when <br /> licensed as a joint use. <br /> Subd. 2. License Reguired It is unlawful for anv nersons to en�a�e or <br /> participate in business use without first havin� obtained an annual license therefor from the C� <br /> Subd. 3.
