Your soils report from Haugo <br /> Geotechnical Services shows that soil boring #1 near the proposed garage location does not appear <br /> to be suitable soils for construction in their opinion. Code R403.1 of the 2015 Minnesota Residential <br /> Building requires all footings to be on naturally occurring soils or engineered fill.
