We have the <br /> following comments with regards to engineering matters: <br /> • There is a low point shown along the south lot line north of West Lafayette Road. The plans should <br /> indicate how and where this area drains. <br /> • The proposed driveway located on Shadywood Road is relatively close to the intersection with West <br /> Lafayette Road. Hennepin County should review and comment on the driveway location. <br /> • All existing utilities(sewer and water)should be shown on the plan. <br /> • Earthwork calculations that quantify the proposed cut and fill on the site should be submitted to the <br /> C ity. <br /> • Hennepin County aerial photos show this to be a heavily wooded lot, and a significant amount of <br /> trees would need to be removed to grade the site. If the site has not already been cleared, the <br /> existing trees should be shown on the plan, and the trees to be removed should be identified. <br /> • Erosion and sediment control measures should be shown on the plans. <br /> • The proposed grading plan will route runoff onto neighboring properties to both the north and east. <br /> Drainage calculations should be submitted that show that the post-construction runoff does not <br /> exceed the pre-construction runoff to these lots. <br /> If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at(651) 604-4863. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> BONESTR00 <br /> � ��� <br /> � <br /> Tom Kellogg <br />
