We have the following comments with regards to engineering matters: <br /> • The existing watermain and service should be shown on the plan. <br /> • The silt fence should be constructed with steel T-posts. <br /> • It appears that the proposed grading in the backyard will significantly increase the runoff to West <br /> Lafayette Road. Drainage calculations should be submitted to show that the post-construction <br /> runoff to the south does not exceed the pre-construction runoff.
