§ 10 .43 <br /> B. Schools. Private academies, schools, trade <br /> schools, colleges and universities for teaching . <br /> C. Research Centers. <br /> D. Veterinary Clinics or Kennels. Animal <br /> hospitals, clinic or kennels. <br /> E. Libraries. <br /> F. Museums. <br /> G. Galleries, Etc. Historical buildings, museums, <br /> art institutes, galleries and playhouses. <br /> H. Restaurants (Class I) . Restaurants which are <br /> located within and mainly servicing an office building oroviding <br /> there is no outside display or advertising of the restaurant use . <br /> I. Parking. Off-street parking when the principal <br /> site of the off-street parking abuts on a lot which is in another <br /> "B" or "I" District and is in the same ownership as the land in the <br /> "B" or "I" District and subject to those conditions as set forth in <br /> Section 10.61, Subdivision 4 and other such conditions as found <br /> necessarv by the Council . <br /> J. Public Services. Public service structures, including, but not limited to, e s <br /> inclu� electrical transmission lines and buildings such as telephone exchange and <br /> b u i 1 d stations,booster or pressure stations,elevated tanks, lift stations and electric ,u r e <br /> s t a t i power substations. Within any "B-4" Office and <br /> Professional Business District, the following uses shall be <br /> permitted accessory uses: <br /> A. Any accessory use as regulated in the "B-1" <br /> District. <br /> Subd. 6. Area, Height, Lot Width, Yard, Setback and <br /> Design Requirements. <br /> A. Area. The minimum lot size shall be 20 ,000 <br /> square feet. <br /> B. Lot Width. The minimum lot width shall be 100 <br /> feet. <br /> C. Front Yards. The minimum front yard shall be 20 <br /> feet. <br /> D. Rear Yards.
