Solvent weld joints in PVC and CPVC pipe must include use of a primer which is of contrasting color to <br /> the pipe and cement (see Minnesota Rules,part 4715.0810, subpart 2). <br /> 14. Verify that the cast-iron pipe used for the drainage, waste, and vent piping complies with ASTM Standard A <br /> 74 or CISPI Standard 301-2005 (see Minnesota Rules,part 4715.0570 through part 4715.0600). <br /> 15. T�ie plunibing system shall be tested in accordance with Minnesota Rules, part 4715.2820. Only <br /> thermoplastic pipe materials may be tested hydrostatically (see Minnesota Rules,part 4715.2820, subpart 2). <br /> NOTE(S): <br /> 1. The scope of this project consists of the tenant space remodel of a dental office. The plumbing includes one <br /> restroom, one lo�mge sink, six dental sinlcs, and one lab sink. The fixhires connect to the existing sanitary <br /> sewer and to the existing water distribution system in the basement. <br /> 2. This facility is served by existing municipal sewer and water services. <br /> 3. The plans and specifications were prepared by a licensed plumber. Only the plumber who has prepared the <br /> plans may use the plans for construction. If another plumber is contracted to install the plumbing, they must <br /> submit their own plans and specifications for the project. <br /> 4. Please note that an updated Plumbing Plan Review Application is available on our website at: � <br /> http://www.cloli.state.mn.us/pdf/pe plumbplanreva�p.pdf <br /> Authorization for construction in accordance with the approved plans may be withdrawn if construction is not <br /> undertaken within a period of two years.
