Plastic drain,waste, and vent pipe must be installed in accordance with Minnesota Rules,part 4715.0550 <br /> through part 4715.0600. Above-grade horizontal runs cannot exceed 35 feet in total length. PVC solvent <br /> weld joints must include a primer of contrasting color to the pipe and cement(see Minnesota Rules,part <br /> 4715.0810, subpart 2). <br /> 7. The plumbing system shall be tested in accordance with Minnesota Rules,part 4715.2820. <br /> 8. The water distribution system shall be disinfected per Minnesota Rules,part 4715.2250. <br /> 9. As the plans and specifications were prepared by a licensed plumber,only the plumber who prepared the <br /> plans may use them for this project. Any another plumber contracted to install the plumbing must submit <br /> their own plans and specifications to this office prior to construction. <br /> NOTE(S): <br /> 1. The scope of this project consists of the remodelling of an existing building. The plumbing installation <br /> includes eight pedicure spas. <br /> 2. This facility will be served by existing municipal water and sewer services. <br /> 3. The submitted Underwriters Laboratories product label indicates that the ITC International Trading, Inc. <br /> Model SE100105 pedicure spa meets the water retention test requirements ofANSUASME <br /> Standard Al 12.19.7. <br /> Authorization for construction in accordance with the approved plans may be withdrawn if the plumbing <br /> installation is not undertaken within a period of two years.
