���p CITY OF ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> y� G� No. 6907 <br /> ��kESH��� <br /> 9) This approval is based upon the known issues that may affect this project, but this approval <br /> does not limit the City from revising or amending these conditions as the review process <br /> continues. <br /> 10) Upon evidence of resettlement history, the Owners shall cease all activity and contact the City <br /> and the State Historical Preservation Office prior to proceeding. <br /> 11)Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this resolution may <br /> result in the termination of any authority granted herein. <br /> 12)Easements Required. <br /> a. Drainage and Utility Easements shall be dedicated to the public on the final plat <br /> 10 feet along all exterior property lines, and 5 feet on either side of interior <br /> property lines, except such easements shall be increased to accommodate <br /> drainage where required, subject to City staff approval. <br /> b. A Drainage and Utility easement shall be dedicated to the public on the plat over <br /> the storm water pond area and storm water facilities. <br /> c. A Drainage Easement shall be granted over wetlands on the Property. <br /> d. Private Road Access Easement and Maintenance Agreement for the shared <br /> driveway serving Lot 2 and 2715 Pence Lane. <br /> 13)Development Fees: <br /> a. Stormwater and Drainaqe Trunk Fee: The development is subject to the 2018 <br /> Stormwater and Drainage Trunk Fee of$5,250 per acre. For the 1.0-acre zoning <br /> district, any lot exceeding 1.0 gross acres, including wetland, shall be charged a <br /> maximum trunk fee equal to the trunk fee for a 1.0 acre parcel. Therefore $5,250 <br /> x 2.0 [2 lots x 1.0 = 2.0 total acres] _ $10,500.00. <br /> b. Park Dedication Fee: 2018 Park Fee [$5,550 x 1 new lot] _ $5,550. <br /> 14) Plans and Specifications. The following plans and specifications shall be submitted for review <br /> and approval by the City and other appropriate jurisdictions prior to final plat approval, #o <br /> ensure that the proposed plat will accomplish the intended purposes: <br /> a) Final grading, drainage and erosion control plan showing existing and proposed <br /> contours, anticipated building locations, elevations, stormwater facilities and <br /> calculations, utilities and erosion control measures to be used during construction. <br /> 4 <br />
