Site plan is missing the signature block and signature of whomever prepared it. (Survey Requirement 1.) <br /> 2.The plan does not contain an erosion control plan. (Survey Requirement#24.)The plan should be revised to indicate <br /> perimeter erosion control measures(siltfence, biologs,etc.) down gradient from proposed work. Measures must be <br /> installed by the Contractor and inspected by the City prior to any work.Contractor must provide a minimum 24 hour <br /> notice prior to inspection. The most recent variance(#15-3787, resolution#6560) <br /> was approved with a site plan,that is not signed or dated. As I understand it,the site plan used the as-built survey dated <br /> 7-22-2014 from variance#14-3679, resolution#6448. A copy of that survey and resolution are with the building permit <br /> application. I believe the same site plan was submitted with the building permit application. Does this meet our survey <br /> requirements. I've attached a copy of City Code Section 86-68 to the application.
