Staff o�nducted a preliminary revlew <br /> based on the information pro�ided and requests the folfowing Etems be submitted or revised in order far your application to <br /> be considered complete and for the plan rev+ew to conttnue: <br /> 1. Certiflqte of Suroey. A 5ite plan was submitted and has been revfewed by our engEneer. He f�as the following <br /> comments: <br /> a. The site plan is mtssing the slgnature and signature block(survey item�1) <br /> b. The site plan daes not contaln an erosion cflntrol plan{survey item#24). The plan should indicate perlmeter <br /> erosion control measures(silt fence,biologs,etc.)down gradient from the proposed work. Measures must <br /> be insta[led by the contractor and inspected by the City prior to any work cammencing. The contractor <br /> must provide a minimum of 24 hour notice prlo�to inspectian. <br /> Please provide two coples of an updated,full-sEze certificate of survey or site plan whlch meets�ofthe City's survey <br /> standards(enciosed�. <br /> 2. Landscape Plan. Prior to the issuance of the building permit a lar�dscape plan must be siabmitted showing al!the <br /> proposed exterior/fandscaping improvements, f.e. patias,gradin�,sidewalks,retaining walls,etc. The plan should <br /> intlude the name of the indfvfdual performing the work. Any proposed patios,grading,sidewalks, retaining waEls <br /> shawn on the iandscape p�an should also be reflected on the survey. <br /> 3. Escrow d�Escrow Agreement. Permits involving grading and/or revEew by the City's engineer require submittal of <br /> an escrow and an escrow agreement. The purpose of the escrow is to guarantee reimbursernent to the City for out- <br /> of-pocket costs incurred during the revlew of your plans. Additionally this escrow wiil guarantee conformance with <br /> City Code Chapter 79 relating to eroslon control artd stormwater. The required escrow amount for this project is <br /> $Z,500. We currently held $2,500 in conJunttion with the variance application so no additional escrow money is <br /> needed at thls tlme. An updated agreement is enclosed.
