If it is maintained as a matter of right, there must be <br /> an appropriate concluding statement in the"subject Gause"of the Decree. <br /> I reCommend as defendants the owners and encumbrancers of Lot 7, currently <br /> disclosed by the records of the Hennepin County Recorder to be Thomas V. Nordlle and <br /> Ellzab�th M. ordlie as joint tenants, PHH Mortaas�e Services, and Wells Farao Bank <br /> Mlnnesota.
