. � �o�o <br /> C ITY OF ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � �� <br /> � b0 � <br /> `� G N O. <br /> tAkE S H��� <br /> NQW, THERFORE BE IT RESQLVED that the Orono City Council hereby <br /> approves this amendment to Resolution No. 6581 by allowing the roof line to be reoriented per <br /> the revised plans attached hereto as Ezhibit A, subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Gutters shall be installed along ihe south roof line of the detached garage to direct <br /> runaff to the front or rear of the garage and av►�ay from the neighboring lot line ta the <br /> immediate south. <br /> 2. All other provisions of Resolution No. 6581 shall remain in full force and effect as if <br /> contained herein. <br /> 3. Authorities graated by this Resolution run with the Property not with the Owners,but <br /> are permissive only and must be exercised by obtaining a building permit for the <br /> project and commencing constivetion of said pmject within on�e year of the date of <br /> the original Council approval of Resolution No. 6581, ar the variances will expire on <br /> that date(February 8, 20l 7). <br /> 4. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of' this <br /> resolution shall constitute a violataon of the zoning code, shall autamatically <br /> terminate any authority granted herein,and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br /> 5.
