Per Orono municipal code section 78-1281 (copy attached) you are allowed a <br /> lockbox no greater than 20 square feet in area and no higher than 48 inches in height within <br /> 75feet of the lake. You indicated in a letter that you would resolve the issue last spring. As of <br /> this date the shed is still an issue. <br /> This letter is to require you to remove the shed from the property or obtain a building permit and <br /> reduce the size of the structure to meet code. A new deadline of May 1. 2010 has been <br /> established.
