Per Orono municipal code section 78-1281 you are allowed a lockbox no greater <br /> than 20 square feet in area and no higher than 48 inches in height within 75feet of the lake. You <br /> indicated in a letter that you would resolve the issue in the spring. As of this date the shed is still <br /> an issue. <br /> This letter is to require you to remove the shed from the property or obtain a building permit and <br /> reduce the size of the structure to meet code. A dead line of November 18, 2009 has been <br /> established.
