���p CITY OF ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> y�, G�` No. b 8 9 3 <br /> `qkES H��� <br /> A RESOLUTION <br /> APPROVING A PRELIMINARY PLAT <br /> OF THE PROPERTIES AT: <br /> 385 ORONO ORCHARD ROAD SOUTH; AND <br /> 387 ORONO ORCHARD ROAD SOUTH <br /> FILE NO. LA18-000062 <br /> WHEREAS on June 19, 2018, Sven Gustafson (hereinafter the "Developer"), has <br /> an interest in the properties within the City of Orono (hereinafter the "City") addressed 385 Orono <br /> Orchard Road South and 387 Orono Orchard Road South; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Developer has made application for Preliminary Plat approval to <br /> create five buildable lots and a private road outlot from the properties legally described as: <br /> Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 1, Smith Dettloff Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota <br /> (hereinafter the"Property"); <br /> WHEREAS, on July 16, 2018, after published and mailed notice in accordance with <br /> Minnesota Statutes and the City Code, the Planning Commission held a public hearing, at which <br /> time all persons desiring to be heard concerning this application were given the opportunity to <br /> speak thereon; and <br /> WHEREAS, on July 16, 2018, the Planning Commission recommended approval <br /> of the preliminary plat; and <br /> WHEREAS, on August 13, 2018, the City Council reviewed the application and the <br /> recommendations of the Planning Commission and City staff; <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the proposal at a regular meeting held on <br /> August 13, 2018, and hereby made the following findings with regards to this application: <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT: <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #LA18-000062. The analysis contained <br /> within staff memos and the exhibits attached to the aforesaid memos, all minutes from the <br /> above mentioned meetings, and any and all other materials distributed at these meetings <br /> are hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> 2. The Property is guided for Low Density Residential in the 2030 Community Management <br /> Plan. <br /> 1 <br />
