A <br /> l <br /> City of Orono 2 October 2006 ����iVE� <br /> Ron Moorse <br /> PO Box 65 ' 0 3 2006 <br /> Crystal Bay MN 55323-0066 . <br /> is, 1 Y �F ��UfVO <br /> Dear Mr. Moorse, <br /> This folilows our phone discussion of Sept 29 2006. <br /> Attached is a letter directed to 2135 Salem regarding lakeshore <br /> regulations, from Evelyn Turner quoting Mr. Willie Gibbs dated <br /> August 2, 2006. <br /> Also attached is a letter in response to the city dated August 17, <br /> 2006. <br /> In addition please see letter from Mr. Gibbs (dated 8-06) which was <br /> recieved September 26, 2006. <br /> Please clarify if we are subject to lakeshore/ shoreland regulations <br /> around Dickey's Lake (Are the homes on Dickey Lake Drive?) and if <br /> our septic update is due in December 2007, or 2010 as we have <br /> been given 2 dates. <br /> Several people living on Salem court are interested in city septic, I <br /> have asked about the 25,000.00 per house fee and we are still <br /> assuming that is the worst case estimate for sewer. <br /> What will it take for us to be able to have a feasibility study?
