All setbacks and property lines <br /> must be verified prior to the issuance of a septic system permit. <br /> Once drainfield sites have been verified, snow fencing must be placed, surrounding the sites, to prevent <br /> them from damage. Vehicular traffic, such as cars, trucks, earth moving equipment, etc. could compact <br /> drainfield sites, rendering them unusable, prohibiting the timely completion of the project and/or limit the <br /> long term use of the property. Snow fencing must be in place prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> H. ACCESS PERMIT <br /> All applications for structures which require a new driveway access or involve a change in use of an <br /> existing access to a County highway, must be accompanied by an access permit issued by the Hennepin <br /> County Highway Department. <br /> I. WETLAND DELINEATION,WETLAND BUFFER EVALUATION AND BUFFER IMPROVEMENT PLAN <br /> A Minnehaha Creek Watershed District(MCWD) approved wetland delineation is required to be submitted <br /> if there is a wetland on the property. The approved wetland delineation must be shown on the survey <br /> along with the appropriate buffer width and 20' setback from the buffer.
