Minnesota <br /> Plumbing Code, Section 4715.0320, requires "In existing buildings <br /> or premises in which plumbing installations are to be altered, <br /> renovated, or replaced, the new materials and work must meet the <br /> provisions of this code". <br /> As of this date, this Code violation remains uncorrected and <br /> unapproved by the City.
