The City had no
record of the sewer line location. It was presumed the
line came out of the lake side of the house because of
the City's sewer stub location in the easement, layout
of the house and other factors. Therefore, the site
the well driller chose was approved.
6-29-88 The well was flow tested by City inspector.
4-14-90 A permit was issued to Aarons Plumbing to replace
the sewer line.
4-5-90 A sewer hook-up inspection was conducted, City
inspector found the sewer line is 3'+ from the well in
the same location of the original sewer line. The
inspector requires the sewer line to be rerouted to a
minimum of 20' from well. At this time the contractor
requests permission to cover line as is until he can
talk to owner and decide how to proceed. City
inspector grants permission to fill in hazardous
excavation temporarily.
BUILDING&ZONING-473-7357 • ADMINISTRATION&FINANCE-473-7358 • PUBLIC WORKS-473-7359
ASSFSSING FAX-473-0510
