The <br /> property receives significant amounts of offsite runoff that is contributing to a small ravine <br /> between 1359 and 1365 Park Drive. The attached map provides an estimated drainage area <br /> conveyed to the ravine. <br /> This ravine is currently small and does not extend into Lake Minnetonka, but will continue to <br /> erode and grow with time. During heavier rainfalls silt is washed into the lake. It does not <br /> appear that there is imminent danger to homes, but in time this may be more of a serious issue <br /> with its proximity to 1365 Park Drive's walkout basement. <br /> Options <br /> 1. Take note of the above information and consider placing this project in the stormwater CIP <br /> when it is updated. <br /> 2. Request an engineering study further defining the drainage area for the ravine and recommend <br /> possible solutions, associated costs, and possible funding sources. <br /> 3. Take note of the above information and do nothing. <br /> COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br /> Provide staff direction on one of the above options. <br /> �� - <br />
