Failure to return <br /> the enclosed letter will result in denial of your application at the next meeting. No application which <br /> has been denied wholly or in part shall be resubmitted for a period of six (6) months from the date <br /> of denial,unless new evidence or proof of changes of conditions are found to be valid.
