Brad informed me that <br /> you would like to divide the one large bedroom shared currently by your boys into two <br /> bedrooms. This would bring the total number of bedrooms to four (4) with a septic system sized <br /> for a three bedroom house. This is in violation of state and city code. <br /> I will allow the bedroom conversion without adding on to the septic system at this time due to <br /> the fact that the number of members of the household is not expanding. It is a separation of <br /> existing space to accommodate current family members only. The bedroom conversion is also <br /> being allowed at this time with an understanding that the septic system issue will be resolved in <br /> the future in one of two ways. <br /> 1) The septic system will be upgraded to the total number of bedrooms in the house at the <br /> time of sale of the property or; <br /> 2) The bedroom is converted back to the original configuration of the 2006 <br /> remodel/expansion. <br /> Upon signing of this agreement, James and Kelly Lowe agree to the above conditions for <br /> allowing the alteration of the number of bedrooms in the house located at 105 Orono Orchard <br /> Road N, Orono, MN.
