The application is currently incomplete. Please submit the following items or information needed to complete the application no later than 4:30 PM on Wednesday,May 8,2013: • Revised 11"x 17" site plan showing: o Property lines o Existing&proposed elevation contours o Erosion& sediment controls o Boundaries of all wetlands on the property o Required wetland buffer with Base Buffer Width of 30 feet along the part of the wetland edge that is downgradient from construction • Base Buffer Width for a Manage 2 wetland is 30 feet per the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District's Wetland Protection Rule o Proposed locations of buffer monuments • A permanent wetland buffer monument shall be installed at each lot line where it crosses a wetland buffer, and where needed to indicate the contour of the buffer, with a maximum spacing of 100 feet. Language shall indicate the purpose of the buffer, restrictions, and the name and phone number of the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District. At the request of the applicant,the District will provide wetland buffer monuments at production cost($2.50 per sign). After project approval, a declaration documenting the wetland buffer must be recorded in the office of the county recorder. A declaration template will be provided via e-mail following project approval. The declaration must be approved by the MCWD before it is recorded.
