RESOLUTION NO. 848ted r;71) �� y l`� RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF SUIT STATION 5� /o► WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision and for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision plat for Summit Station by Norman Nafstad; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Orono hereby approves the plat for Summit Station, Hennepin County, Minnesota, subject to the following: 1. The reimbursement to the City of engineering, legal and administrative costs incurred in reviewing and accepting the Summit Station sewer project and the plat of Summit Station, to be satisfied by a letter of credit in the amount of $1,000.00. 2. The provisions of Resolutions 662, 726 and 826. 3. Approval of the sanitary sewer agreement. 4. The granting to the City of Orono, road and utility easements to Lot 2. 5. The granting to the City of Orono, flowage and open space easements to Lots 1 and 2. 6. The understanding that all current zoning setback requirements are met by the open space easements on Lot 2 thereby allowing construction to the limits of Lots 3-8. 7. The payment of a park dedication fee of $6,000.00. This resolution will expire on May 1, 1978, if the aforesaid subdivision plat has not been filed with the Hennepin County Recorder's Office. In that event, it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono for subdivision approval.
