Work without building permit violation of Orono Code Section 12.02. <br /> 2. Violation of setback regulations for horse barns Section 10.20N <br /> 75 setback required to property lines <br /> 150' setback required to adjacent residence. <br /> 3. Violation of minimum acreage requirements for horses Orono Code Section 10.20M <br /> 3 acres required for first horse <br /> 1 acre required for each horse after that. <br /> I explained these requirements to the contractor, Jim Vipond, and he said after consulting with you <br /> it was decided to remove the structure.
