<br /> between JoAnn M. Grimes, a single person, her nafter referred to as
<br /> "Grantor( s ) " , and the City of Orono, a municipal corporation, under the
<br /> laws of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee".
<br /> WITN$SSETH, that Grantor(s ) , in consideration of the sum of One
<br /> Dollar ( $1.00 ) and for other good and valuable consideration given by
<br /> Grantee, the receipt of which is acknowledged by Grantor(s) , do(es) hereby
<br /> grant, bargain, sell and convey to grantee, its successors and assigns, a
<br /> perpetual easement and a perpetual easement for construction and
<br /> maintenance of utilities, together with ingress, egress and access thereto,

<br /> parts of Lot 2, Block l, McHaney Addition which lie within 5.00 feet

<br /> Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot l, Block l, McHaney
<br /> Addition: thence on an assumed bearing of North 21 degrees 57
<br /> minutes 44 seconds West along the easterly line of said Lot 1 a
<br /> distance of 115.00 feet, thence North 0 degrees, 42 minutes East
<br /> to the North line of said Lot 1, and said line there ending.
<br /> The Owner does covenant that the owner is in possession of the
<br /> above described property and easement and has lawfull right and authority
<br /> to convey and grant the easement herein granted.
