A review of the application finds <br /> that the proposed improvement will require variances to Section <br /> 10.03, Subdivision 9(C)3. The improved structure now at 1,260 <br /> s.f. is located in front of the front line of the principal <br /> structure and that structure will be less than the required 30' <br /> from the side setback line. The closest corner of structure is <br /> located at 24' from the side lot line. <br /> Staff has been in contact with your building contractor, <br /> Jeff Cates. It is my understanding that Mr. Cates will pickup <br /> the necessary variance application information, and that you will <br /> be able to file the variance application by the deadline of <br /> February 22, 1991 (Friday, prior to 12:00 noon). The public <br /> hearing before the Planning Commission will be scheduled for <br /> Monday, March 18, 1991. I have enclosed the property owners list <br /> used for your former conditional use permit application and may <br /> be used for the current application.
