Hagberq , hereinafter referred <br /> to as "Grantor(s )", and the City of Orono, a municipal cor�oration, under <br /> the laws of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee". <br /> WITNSSSETH, that Grantor(s ) , in consideration of the sum of One <br /> Dollar ( $1.00 ) and for other good and valuable consideration given by <br /> Grantee, the receipt of which is acknowledged by Grantor(s), do(es) hereby <br /> grant, bargain, sell and convey to grantee, its successors and assigns, a <br /> perpetual easement for construction and maintenance of sanitary sewers, <br /> together with ingress, egress and access thereto, on, across and under the <br /> land in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, as follows: <br /> The following described property within the boundaries of Lot 4, <br /> Auditor' s Subdivision No. 362 : <br /> A permanent easement for sanitary sewer purposes 10 feet on each <br /> side of the following described line. � <br />: <br /> Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 4 ; thence 249 feet <br /> northeasterly to a point 7 feet southeast of the northwest line; <br /> thence southeasterly to a point on the southeast line 310.3 feet <br /> easterly of the southwest corner and there terminating; <br /> including, but not by way of limitatien, a full and free right and <br /> authority to enter upon said land to construct, install, maintain, oFerate, <br /> and reFair a sanitary sewer interceptor, lift station, main or line, a <br /> _ water main or line, and the Grantee shall have the right to make use of <br />' said land as is reasonably necessary and advisable to the construction <br />� installation, maintenance, operation and repair of the Improvement. <br />� In addition to any other remedy the Grantee may have, the <br /> covenants and restrictions contained herein may be enforced by injunction. <br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said easement unto said Grantee, its <br /> successors and assigns, �ermanently. <br /> The Grantor(s) herein certify that the lands herein described are <br /> free and clear of all encumbrances except: <br /> ' Page 1 of 2 <br />
