I was at <br /> the site about a year ago and the location of the proposed addition is in the area where there was some hardcover <br /> already as I recall. As we discussed, the proposed stairway is very close to the existing mound system but given the fact <br /> that sewer is available and they are committed to hooking up to the sewer soon I see no problems from an engineering <br /> perspective.
