This is a permit for the construction of additians to the exisUng home. <br /> Your application is incomplete. <br /> The following items must be submitted or revised in order for your application to be considered <br /> complete and for the plan review to continue; <br /> 1. Certlflcate of Survey. Please provide an updated certificate of survey meeting the <br /> Cif�r's survey standards (enclosed) indicating the location of the exis�ng house and <br /> proposed additions (and any proposed grading) as well as all existing structures, <br /> landscaping, retaining walls and easements on the property. <br /> 2. Escrow � Escrow Agreement. Building permits involving grading and/or revlew by <br /> the City's engineer require submittal of an escrow and an escrow agreement. The <br /> purpose of the escrow is to guarantee relmbursement to the City of out-of-pocket costs <br /> incurred during the revisw of your plans. Additionally this escrow Hrill guarantee <br /> conformance with City Code Chapter 79 relating to erosion control and stormwater. If <br /> any site grading or foundation excavation is involved, the required escrow amount for <br /> this project would be $2,500. The escrow agreement is enclosed. If applicable, the <br /> pr�perty ownermust sign the escrow agreement and submit a check for$2,500.00. <br /> Additionally, the City's wetland regulations and wetland buffer requirements may be <br /> triggered by the project. Please review the enclosed information sheet regarding <br /> Constructian near a Wetland and follow the instructions provided. The above information is <br /> required in order for the plan review to continue.
