The subject <br /> property contains approximately 8,986 s.f. or 0.21 acres and approximately 47.8' in width at the ordinary high <br /> water level of the lake based on Hennepin County records. Principal building setback requirements are 75' from <br /> the ordinary high water level of the lake plus the average lakeshore setback of the adjacent lakeshore properties, <br /> 30' from the rear property line and 10' on the interior sides. In addition to the setback requirements, hardcover <br /> restrictions apply to this property as it is located in the Shoreland Overlay District. <br /> ln order to rebuild a home on the property the City will require a building permit and the standard City review <br /> process.
