Smith ab9ent account illness) <br /> Moved and seconded that minutea of ineeting held on petober 24th be approved <br /> � Assessor Hanson reported on his check of proposed building at Orono Lane <br /> by Rodney Ke11ey.Building permit previously issued approved by Council. <br /> ; <br /> Attorney Pillsbury� s report on present ordinance relative trailer coachea <br /> ' on pri.vate property of owner was reviewed.Council decided to ask for a <br /> further review as to the legality of the present ordinance in case o�� a <br /> ' court action and the poasibility of a change in present wording to meet <br /> any exception thereto. <br /> , The question of the purchase of a " Tailgate Spreader"for sanding purposes <br /> � <br /> was discuased and ordered tabled. <br /> Constable Gerald Rosa made a verbal report of constable activitiea at <br /> � <br /> present time. <br /> ' The proposed change of County Road #7 at Brackete Point was brought up <br /> � and Clerk instructed to secure a report thereon from the County Engr. <br /> to be further reviewed at our next meeting. <br /> � Trustee Bagley moved, seconded by Neddermeyer,that the Village �oin � <br /> � membership with the League of Minnesota Municipalities on basis offered <br /> for an eight months membership at half year� e duea from January Pir�t <br /> ' to August 3I,I956.Pliotion approved. <br /> Trustee Turnham moved, seconded by Bagley that the Village Hall be designated <br /> as the official voting place for the Vil�age election,f'rom 7t00 A.M. to <br /> i 8:00 P.M. on December 6th and that notice thereof be poated and also <br /> publiahed for two weeks in the Minnetonka Herald on rTov.24th and Dec.Iat. <br /> Motion approved. <br /> � 'rrustee Turnham moved� aeconded by Bagley, that verified accounts # 5I2 tnro <br /> ' # 544 be approved for clearance of current bills.Motion approved. <br /> � <br /> There being no further business the meeting was ad�ourned. <br /> r <br /> �: <br /> , O.E.
