Absent: <br /> City Administrator Benson. <br /> Mayor Van Nest announced that now was the time and PUBLIC HEARING <br /> place for the public hearing concerning an appli- Wine License <br /> cation for a wine license to be issued for the Bear Flag Restaurant <br /> Bear Flag Restaurant, 2160 Wayzata Boulevard, owned <br /> and operated by Frances J. Slane and Janet B. <br /> McKelvey. The City Clerk presented the Affidavit <br /> of Publication . <br /> Mayor Van Nest inquired if anyone was present con- <br /> cerning the public hearing. ,7anet McKelvey was <br /> present. There were no comments from the public <br /> present. <br /> Mayor Van Nest closed the public hearing at 7 : 03 P.N. <br /> Paurus moved, Butler seconded, to adopt Resolution RESOLUTION #1153 <br /> #1153 , A Respolution Approving Issuance Of A Wine Wine License <br /> License, as amended, to the Bear Flag Restaurant. PUBLIC HEARING ' <br /> Farview Lake Access <br /> Mayor Van Nest announced that now was the time and <br /> place for the public hearing concerning the Farview <br /> Plat, Velie/Gibbs ,Lake Access. The City Clerk <br /> presented the Public Hearing Notice and the Affidavit <br /> of Publication. Mayor Van Nest inquired if anyone <br /> present wished to be heard.
