Therefore it should be removed and the <br /> hole backfilled. If you have a reason to keep it, the City Council would have to grant you <br /> permission. If it is to be removed, a demo permit is required for record keeping purposes, and an <br /> inspection would be required before backfilling to verify that it has been completely removed from <br /> the ground. <br /> Please respond in writing within the next two weeks on how you wish to proceed.
