Absent: Councilmertber Paurus. <br /> Also present: City Administrator Benson, City <br /> Planner Olson, City Attorney P4alkerson, Cit�� Enqineer <br /> Cook, and Deputy Clerk Strom. <br /> P�ayor Van i7est announced that now was the time and PUBLIC HEARING <br /> place for a public hearing concerning the revision Ordinance Revision: <br /> of several ordinances. � City Administrator Benson <br /> presented the Public Hearing P7otice and the Affidavit <br /> of Publication.
