P�Iotion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . <br /> • <br /> Butler moved, Welsh seconded, that the Piinutes of MINUTES <br /> �' the Council Work Session of April 9, 1977, be April 9 , 1977 <br /> � approved. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . <br /> • Mayor Van Nest announced that this was the time PUBLIC HEARING <br /> � and the place for a public hearing concerning an Ski Ordinance <br /> amendment to the Orono Ski Ordinance to provide <br /> � additional language for inspection purposes. <br /> � City Administrator Benson presented the Public <br /> Hearing Notice, the Affidavit of Publication, and <br /> the Certificate of Mailing. No comments were made <br /> �by the public present. <br /> � <br /> Councilmember Butler recommended that the language <br /> • "rec�uired" be inserted rather than "up to date" <br /> under 69A. 040 License Fee and Term. <br /> • <br /> • Bruce Malkerson, City Attorney, informed the City _ <br /> Council of Alan Olson' s letter from Turnbull & <br /> � Plummber, Inc. dated P1ay 5, 1977 which states: - <br /> � My apologies for the delay in answering your letter <br /> of April 4, 1977, relative to the safety inspection <br /> � for the Ski Tonka Ski Area. <br /> � My responsibilities as an engineer with the NSAA <br /> S Insurance Program and my anticipated work load for <br /> the coming year will prevent me from doing the <br /> � inspection as you requested. All my efforts in <br /> the rdid-West area will be directed to those areas <br /> � that are in the NSAA Insurance Program. <br /> � D.
