The City Clerk presented the <br /> Notice of Public Hearing, the Affidavit of <br /> � Publication, and the Certificate of Plailing. <br /> Dennis i�leyer, Robert Carlson, Paula Majar <br /> � appeared. After all members of the public <br /> present were afforded an opportunity to be <br /> � heard, the hearing was closed at 8:15 P.Ag. <br /> � Paurus moved, ButZer seconded, to order in the <br /> � improvement on the drainage ravine, conditioned <br /> i a satisfactory commitment from the County <br /> � �nd also a plan for free fill from the County. <br /> rZotion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0} . <br /> • <br /> • Mayor Searles opened the public hearing at 8e30 P.M.
