Mayor Searles, Village Administrator <br /> Benson, absent. <br /> � Butler moved, Paurus seconded, the Minutes of the Regular DIINUTES <br /> � b4eeting of January 28, 1975 with amendments be approved. <br /> Motion, Ayes (4), Nay (0) , <br /> • <br /> Paurus moved, Butler seconded, that the Mirnutes of the <br /> • Regular Meeting of December 19, 1974, Work Session of <br /> � December 13, 1974, Work Session of December 17, 1974, <br /> Work Session of December 4, 1974, Work Session of <br /> � December 18, 1974, Work Session of December 19, 1974 <br /> and Work Session of January 7, 1975, subject to changes <br /> � as indicated by Attorney be approved. Motion, Ayes (4) , <br /> Nay (0) . <br /> � <br /> The reason why these minutes were not approved earlier <br /> • was because of the snow and the volwne of these Minutes <br /> to be checked with notes of these meetings. The changes <br /> � are basically typographical and note taking errors. <br /> � Discussion followed concerning the use of snowmobiles PARK COI�tISSION C�NTS <br /> � on the Luce Line Trail. Luce Line Trail <br /> � Welsh moved, Paurus secondeci that we designate the DNR <br /> as proper authority to regulate the Luce Line Trail <br /> � under local ordi.nance. Motion withdrawn with instruc- <br /> tions to Village Attorney to review ordinance and <br /> • statute and draft ordinance to cover. <br /> • Park Corrunission presented Council with a snowmobile trail <br /> � plan from #84 to the Luce Line east of Stubbs Bay Rd, <br /> � Gretchen Ha.11owell presented Council with the Bike/Hike Bike/Iiike Trail System <br /> Committee report, stati.ng they were informed by the <br /> � Village Engineer that FAU funds could be applied for <br /> which would finance 70o to Orono's 30$ of the cost of <br /> � this trail system. <br /> • Massengale suggested that Minutes be kept of these <br /> � committee meetings and submitted to Council as an <br /> information item. <br /> � Butler stated that Hennepin County should be contacted <br /> � for possible help in establishing these trails on <br /> Tonkawa Road as this had previously been discussed <br /> • with them. <br /> � <br /> • . <br /> ! <br /> • <br />
