Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . <br /> � <br /> � Dr. Panuska, representing the Park Commission, LUCE LINE TRAIL <br /> informed the Council of a Department of <br /> � Natural Resources public hearing regarding <br /> the Luce Line Trail which was held at the <br /> s Orono Middle School . A sample questionnaire <br /> was read, which the Park Commission would <br /> • like to distribute to the owners of property <br /> � abutting the Luce Line Trail. <br /> � Mayor Oberhauser suggested to Dr. Panuska <br /> that the Park Commission consider allowing <br /> � individuals to place trails on their property <br /> as they choose , as long as they do not interrupt <br /> � the continuity of the trail . <br /> �� Mr . Paurus informed the Council that the PLANNING COMMISSION REQUEST <br /> Planning Commission did not have a quorum <br /> at their September 17, 1973 meeting. The <br /> � Planning Commission members that were present <br /> asked that the Council consider the Thompson, <br /> � Schuett , and Gardner applications without <br /> • formal Planning Commission recommendation. <br /> r The final plat approval for DiCon was tabled DICON - FINAL PLAT <br /> until the October 9 , 1973 Council meeting. <br /> • <br /> � Discussion regarding the Larson request for VARIANCE <br /> a variance from the lot si�e requirement and 1465 Long Lake Boulevard <br /> � the moratorium was continued until the October 9 , <br /> 1973 Council meeting at which time the Zoning <br /> � Administrator would present staff recommendations . <br /> • <br /> Dorn moved, Butler seconded, that the preliminary PRELIMINARY PLAT <br /> � plat of Edward Johnston be approved with a drive- #151 �, Loma Linda Avenue <br /> • way in the southeast corner of the property serving <br /> Lots 1 F� 2 (access to #151 should be within 70 ' <br /> � of the east property line) , and with Lot 1 , enter <br /> Loma Linda as is shown on the plat map. This <br /> � division and variance for lot size was deemed reasonable <br /> � because of the unique shape of the lots . Motion, <br /> Ayes (3) - Nays (1) .
