Also present were Bob Martin County Assessor, <br /> � Don Monk County Assessor's staff, Dave Culbert County Attorney�s <br /> office, Martin Walsh Village Assessor and James Cosby Village <br /> � Clerk-Administrator. <br /> � �iayor Oberhauser asked Bob Martin to explain the new tax <br /> � bill to the audience. He told the audience in this bill the <br /> 1973 market value can not exceed the 1972 value by 5%. A period <br /> � of questions and answers followed. <br /> � Mayor nberhauser instructed the citizens with complaints, <br /> to aive their name, plat and parcel to the Village Assessor <br /> � for re-appraisal and review.
