Representing Staff were Assistant City Administrator of Long-Term Strategic Planning <br /> Michael Gaffron,Planning Coordinator Melanie Curtis, and Recorder Jackie Young. City Council Mayor <br /> Lili McMillan was present. <br /> Chair Leskinen called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.,followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA <br /> Item No. 2 was added to the Consent Agenda. <br /> Chair Leskinen opened the public hearing for Item No. 2 at 6:32 p.m. • <br /> There were no public comments. <br /> Chair Leskinen closed the public hearing at 6:32 p.m. <br /> Schoenzeit moved,Lemke seconded,to approve the Consent Agenda as amended.
