An inspection of the site for compliance with Rule F was completed on September
9,200A. At this time, the Permit Application#04-476 for installation of 32 feet ofIprap is being
denied due to the following conditions:
Board of Menegers • Presence of organic soils. Subsection 3(b)(6) of MCWD Rule F states permits for routine
riprap projects shall not have solls classified as either organic or peat.
Pameia Broct .
