I've attached the City's Hardcover Information Packet for your reference. <br /> According to our wetland map, it appears there is a wetland within the subject property. If the wetland is within 150 <br /> feet of the proposed project a wetland delineation will be required. The City of Orono requires a 35 foot setback from <br /> any wetland for structures and hardcover, the delineated edge of the wetland must be indicated on a survey. <br /> The accessory structure cannot be located forward of home (between the home and Eileen Street). Also, there must be <br /> at least a 10 feet distance between the home and the accessory structure. <br /> I have also attached the building permit application.
