MINUTES OF T� <br /> ORONO PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br /> Tuesday,January 20,2009 <br /> 6:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> ROLL <br /> The Orono Planning Commission met on the above-mentioned date with the following members present: <br /> Chair Ralph Kempf, Commissioners Loren Schoenzeit,Jaye Ann Bennett,Kim Kang,Tess Rice, and <br /> David Rahn. Representing Staff were Assistant City Administrator for Long-Term Strategy Mike <br /> Gaffron,Planner Evelyn Turner,Planning and Zoning Coordinator Melanie Curtis, and Recorder Jacicie <br /> Young. City Council Representative Cynthia Bremer was present. Commissioner Jon Schwingler arrived <br /> at <br /> Chair Kempf called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m., followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA <br /> Chair Kempf opened the public hearing at 6:03 p.m. � <br /> There were no public comments regarding Items 1,2,and 3. <br /> Chair Kempf closed the public hearing at 6:03 p.m. <br /> Bennett moved,Schoenzeit seconded,to approve the Consent Agenda as submitted.
