^ F Lf <br />MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />Monday, October 23, 2006 <br />• 7:00 o'clock p.m. <br />0 <br />ROLL CALL <br />The Council met on the above - mentioned date with the following members present: Mayor Barbara <br />Peterson, Council Members Bob Sansevere, Jim Murphy, Jim White and Lili McMillan. Representing <br />Staff were City Administrator Ron Moorse, Planning Director Mike Gaffron, City Attorney Matt Brokl, <br />City Engineer Tom Kellogg, and Recorder Jac e Young. <br />Mayor Peterson called the meeting to order at 7.00 p.m., followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />ADMINISTER OATH OF OFFICE — POLICE OFFICER STURM <br />Orono Police Chief Good administered the oath of office to Police Officer Steven Scott Sturm. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Items 6, 11, 12, 14, and 15 were added to the Consent Agenda. Item No. 13 was deleted from the agenda. <br />Sansevere moved, McMillan seconded, to approve the Consent Agenda as amended. <br />VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />*2.
