ORONO CITY C Monday, 7:00 o ROLL CALL The Orono City Council met on the above - mention James White, Council Members Lili McMillan, Jin Representing Staff were City Administrator Ron N Melanie Curtis and Evelyn Turner, City Attorney Recorder Jackie Young. OF THE rNCIL MEETING y 14, 2007 ck p.m. d date with the following members present: Mayor Murphy, Cynthia Bremer, and David Rahn. gorse, Planning Director Mike Gaffron, Planners Oren Mattick, City Engineer Tom Kellogg, and Mayor White called the meeting to order at 7:00 pp'., followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. CONSENT AGENDA Item Nos. 3, 4, 17, 18, 19, and 21 were added to the Consent Agenda. McMillan moved, Rahn seconded, to approve the Consent Agenda as amended. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A *2. REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING OF PRIL 23, 2007 McMillan moved, Rahn seconded, to approve the minutes of the April 23, 2007 City Council meeting as submitted. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. *3. RECONVENED LOCAL BOARD OF PEAL AND EQUALIZATION OF APRIL 30, 2007 McMillan moved, Rahn seconded, to approve the minutes of the Reconvened Local Board of Appeal and Equalization of April 30, 2007, as submitted. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. *4. SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING OF APRIL 30, 2007 McMillan moved, Rahn seconded, to approve the minutes of the Special Council meeting of April 30, 2007, as submitted. VOTE: Ayes 5, lYays 0. PLANNING COMMISSION COMMENTS — KIM KANG Kang stated she had nothing to report but would be available for questions. Y PUBLIC COMMENTS Terry Johnson, 543 Park Lane, addressed the City :Council regarding a couple of issues that have arisen with his construction project that was approved by the City back in December. •Curtis noted that finalized building plans were not attached to the resolution adopted by the City in December.
